Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Slaughter House Fashion. Please review our shipping policy below.

Order processing. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive a separate notification once your order has shipped.

Shipping rates. Standard shipping is $10.00 AUD, and is free on orders of $150.00 AUD and over. Express shipping is $15.00 AUD. Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery estimates. Standard shipping usually arrives within 3-7 business days, and express shipping within 1-3 business days, from the date of dispatch. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as weather or carrier delays.

Shipping destinations. We currently ship within Australia only.

Lost, delayed or damaged parcels. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, or arrives damaged, please contact us at slaughterhousefashion1@outlook.com and we will help resolve it. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
